Ultimately Varsity 22 was unsuccessful for us a university, but at least one of our students had a very successful day ! MA Digital Media student Cai Thomas attended the Varsity last week, enjoying a well-deserved break after a busy lead-up to the event. Cai was assigned with the responsibility of filming a montage for Whisper Cymru who provided S4C’s online coverage of the day.
Cai established a relationship with Whisper Cymru during an internship module on his undergraduate degree within the department. Since then he has worked as a freelancer with Whisper alongside his MA studies allowing him to indulge in his life-long passion for rugby.
