Last month, Non was awarded the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol’s prestigious Dathlu’r Darlithydd (Celebrate Your Lecturer) award at the Coleg Cymraeg’s annual awards ceremony in Cardiff.
The award celebrates a lecturer who has made an extraordinary contribution to Welsh life at university, and there could be no more deserving recipient than Non!
Every year, the Coleg gives a number of awards to talented individuals, either for excellent work, achievement or contribution. The awards have been established in a variety of fields and individual Adjudication Panels have been established.
The fact that Non was nominated by our students Cymraeg is a testament to the impact that Non’s imaginative and creative teaching as well as her steadfast focus on employability has on our students’ experience at Swansea.
